Aeromuse is based in Japan and uses service providers located in other countries, including the United States. Specifically, data collected via the Site may be transferred to and processed by Google LLC (GA4) and Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics) on servers located in the United States.

Where personal data of EEA/UK individuals is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, where applicable) or rely on adequacy decisions where available.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Inquiry communications are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required.
• Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default), after which it is automatically deleted by Google.
• Vercel Analytics data is retained in accordance with Vercel's standard retention policies for aggregate, non-identifying performance data.

• Object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing);
