Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 10, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Aeromuse, Inc. ("Aeromuse", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our corporate website (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and tags — referred to collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

2. How we use cookies

This is an informational corporate site. We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

a) Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the Site to function — for example, to detect whether a visitor is in the EEA/UK so that we can display the Cookie banner, and to remember your cookie preferences. They cannot be turned off.

b) Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate visitor behavior — e.g., which pages are most visited and how users navigate the Site. For visitors in the EEA/UK, GA4 is loaded only after you give consent via our Cookie banner.

We also use Vercel Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., to measure performance (Web Vitals such as LCP, FID, CLS) and aggregate page views. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; Vercel classifies it as strictly necessary.

We do not currently use advertising, cross-site tracking, social-media, or functional/preference cookies on this Site.

3. Cookies and storage we use

The table below lists the cookies and local-storage items currently set by the Site.

4. Third-party cookies

The _ga and _ga_* cookies above are set by Google LLC as a third party in connection with GA4. Google may process this data in accordance with its own privacy and cookie policies. We do not embed third-party social media or advertising tools on this Site.

5. Your choices

5.1 Cookie banner (EEA/UK visitors)

We display a Cookie banner only to visitors in the EEA (the 27 EU Member States plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) and the United Kingdom. The banner offers two options:

  1. Accept all — enables strictly necessary cookies and GA4.
  2. Customize — opens category-level controls. Strictly necessary cookies are always on; analytics (GA4) can be turned on or off.

Until you give consent, the GA4 script is not loaded at all — no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. Vercel Analytics still runs because it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the persistent Cookie settings button shown at the bottom-right of the Site.

5.2 Visitors outside the EEA/UK

The Cookie banner is not displayed, and GA4 is loaded by default in line with applicable local law. You can still control cookies through your browser settings or opt-out tools described below.

5.3 Browser settings and opt-out tools

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies — please refer to your browser's help section. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of GA4 across sites. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Do Not Track

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, but we honor opt-out signals where required by applicable law (e.g., Global Privacy Control, where it applies).

8. Data transfers

9. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our practices. Please check this page periodically.
