On November 26, 2025, our CEO Masahiro Nojiri took the stage as a finalist at "LAUNCHPAD SEED 2025 Powered by Tokyu Land Corporation," held at Tokyo Portcity Takeshiba Port Hall.
This event is a pitch competition focused on seed-stage startups, organized by IVS, Japan's largest startup conference run by global VC firm Headline Asia. After a rigorous selection process from numerous applicants, Nojiri was chosen as one of 11 finalists and delivered a presentation on "HUD SONiC - A recruitment platform connecting pilots and airlines worldwide to tackle the global pilot shortage."
The judging panel featured partners from renowned VCs including East Ventures, Globis Capital Partners, and Chiba Dojo, with approximately 300-400 attendees witnessing the passionate pitches.
